Practical Psychology And Your Everyday Life

The online course distils core concepts and patterns. It is divided into four main sections that cover mental health and wellbeing in everyday life, relationships, career, and society—areas that interconnect and influence each other. Your people will learn what to look out for, understand how key processes work, and identify potential harms sooner. The course covers navigating toxic work environments.
